Terms and Conditions

Last updated: [PLACEHOLDER DATE]

These terms govern the use of ParkRota by organisations and their staff. By using ParkRota, you agree to be bound by these terms. Where there is a separate signed agreement between ParkRota and your organisation, that agreement takes precedence over these terms.

1. About ParkRota

ParkRota is provided by:

[PLACEHOLDER LEGAL ENTITY NAME]

You can contact us at: [PLACEHOLDER EMAIL]

2. The Service

ParkRota is a web application that helps organisations manage a shared car park: staff with permanently assigned spaces (directors, reserved holders) can release them when not needed, rotating-pool staff can claim released spaces, and managers can generate fair, rotating allocation schedules.

3. Accounts and Access

ParkRota accounts are provisioned by your organisation, either directly or via single sign-on through Microsoft Entra ID. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity carried out under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to:

  • Use ParkRota only for managing genuine car parking arrangements at your organisation

  • Provide accurate information when releasing or claiming a space

  • Not attempt to circumvent the fair allocation process, or interfere with other users’ access to the service

5. Subscriptions and Fees

ParkRota is licensed to organisations under a subscription agreement. Pricing, billing terms and payment arrangements are agreed directly with your organisation and are not processed through this website. [PLACEHOLDER: link to current pricing/subscription terms.]

6. Availability and Support

We aim to keep ParkRota available and reliable, but the service is provided on an “as available” basis and we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance will be communicated where practical.

7. Data Protection

We take data protection seriously. Details of what data we collect and how it is used are set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

8. Liability

ParkRota helps coordinate access to car parking spaces but does not guarantee the availability of any specific space at any specific time. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your inability to park, or from reliance on the allocation schedule.

9. Termination

Your access to ParkRota ends when your organisation’s subscription ends, or when your organisation removes your account — for example, when you leave the organisation. We may suspend accounts used in breach of these terms.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Where changes are significant, we will notify your organisation with reasonable notice before they take effect.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. [PLACEHOLDER: confirm jurisdiction.]
