Rotating vs Reserved Spaces
Configure any number of your spaces as Rotating or Reserved. Rotating spaces are fairly allocated to all Rotating users each quarter.
Reserved spaces are always allocated to their Reserved user.
Release and Transfer Spaces
All spaces may be released by their current assignee or by a manager when not required to maximise usage.
Spaces may also be transferred directly from one user to another, if enabled by a manager.
One-Click Allocations
Managers may allocated spaces for a quarter in one click and regenerate them at any time if required.
Custom Map
Managers may upload a custom map of the carpark, to help users find their space.
Barrier Code Reminders
Managers may store the barrier code for a location in ParkRota, and users may tap for a reminder at any time. When the code is rotated, all users are emailed to inform them of the change.
Audit Log
Space generations and releases are logged for transparency.
Single Sign-On
SSO via Azure Entra ID.
Magic Invite Links
If SSO isn’t an option for you, then magic invite links allow your users to sign up to your ParkRota org in just a few clicks.
